Before joining Energy GPS, Kim held leadership roles in various industries, including as a manager at Red Lobster, an office manager at a material handling solutions company, and in finance for a healthcare reimbursement firm. In each role, she took the initiative to streamline processes, optimize efficiency, and implement cost-saving solutions. Passionate about continuous improvement, she enjoys refining workflows and ensuring that both financial and HR operations run smoothly.
